Design & Development Capabilities

Growth Industries has worked with many airlines & maintenance companies on their special projects. For modifications &/or alterations, we can manufacture to our customer’s drawings, or our engineering department can work with aircraft engineers and mechanics to redevelop a part or design a new component.

Many airlines develop “undersize / oversize” drawings on parts, to eliminate higher assembly replacement costs. They depend on Growth Industries to not only manufacture these items, but to keep them on the shelf – ready to ship.

Growth Industries can also use different manufacturing processes to improve a part. For example, an oven door hinge which was made from aluminum casting by the OEM was breaking often. Growth Industries developed a machined part which eliminated the problem.
